At long last, they came to the end of the tour. The guide paused outside of the last room, positively beaming with excitement.
“What you’re about to see is a unique artifact in human history,” she said, smiling. “It is potentially the oldest example of a bound written record in existence. Please pay it the proper respect. Follow me.”
